Sunshine Grow Shop

Our experience was awesome. My wife and I had questions, they answered them and did not try to upsale us. Instead we felt informed and will be back to buy more flowers and plantings! There was an unhappy lady and her mother that tried to return dead plants in some hanging pots.. you can tell the lady had no idea what they were talking about and started getting aggressive. The worker at the counter stood her ground letting the woman know that plantings were fine, they just didn’t water them during the hottest part of the summer so far. We laughed and kept on shopping. 10/10 recommend.

BEWARE!! A week ago I purchased 2 hanging petunia baskets for $35 each, and because it was so hot, I kept them in shade and watered. However, 2 days later they were DEAD. The day I bought them, half their petunia inventory was DEAD, and I probably should've taken that as a hint not to buy there in the first place, but I wanted to shop local. So, I went to bring them back today with my reciept for $75, and THEY WOULD NOT REFUND, EXCHANGE, OR OFFER ANY DISCOUNT ON ANOTHER 2 Baskets!!And the girl at the register kept trying to put words in mouth saying I didn't water them!! I told her I DID WATER THEM, AND KEPT THEM IN THE SHADE!! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My anger went from zero to 100 the more I stood there. I thought I was doing something good by shopping local, but when they won't even STAND BEHIND THEIR MERCHANDISE, THEY ARE LITERALLY DRIVING CUSTOMERS TO LOWES AND OTHER BIG BOX RETAILERS, WHO *WILL* STAND BEHIND THEIR PLANT SALES!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH SHADY-SUNSHINE GROW SHOP!

They have a great variety of beautiful plants and flowers, but extremely expensive and 0 customer service. I walked the place for 30 minutes looking for help and I just can assumed that nobody was avaliable 🤷🏽‍♀️. So I ended up buying plants at Lowes :/

Wow, this place has everything we wanted. Yes, their prices are higher that Lowes or Home Depot, but the plants are larger and look healthier too. So it's worth it. Plus the staff is super friendly and only a few steps away to answer any questions about zones and planting.

The selection really is great. Much better than anyone else in the area for annuals. The plants are healthy, and the prices seem to be much more reasonable than in years past. I did get one hanging basket that had two different plants in two different colors of the same species. One of the colors died off and the other is still thriving. Go figure. The other one is spectacular.
